BIEEC provides a catering option for every school budget.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Menus on camp should reflect meet the requirements of the Government’s Smart Choices Healthy Food & Drink Supply Strategy.
Self-catering schools are now required by EQ to have a trained Food Safety Supervisor on all camps. Please identify on the Application for Booking form that person’s name or if you require BIEEC to supply a person (no charge).
DAY VISITS
BIEEC encourages schools to consider Litterless Lunches (ie with no
packaging) and to encourage “Healthy Eating” program type meals.
